Our Mission
Amigos de Patzún creates educational opportunities for impoverished students in rural Guatemala.
We offer competitive scholarships to middle and high school students who would not be able to
continue their education past sixth grade. Amigos de Patzún is predicated on the belief that
education is a basic human right, and can be a catalyst of systemic change and development.
